Random Thoughts...

My caloric intake (according to is going to have to be between 1640 - 1990. I'll also be tracking my protein, carb and fat intake. I am a huge carb-O-holic. So tracking my carbs should = fun. Before the lap-band, my entire diet was based on carbs. I loved rolls, pasta (of any type) and naturally pizza. I was forced to change my diet with the band - I do eat a lot more protein - mostly in the form of steak.

Have I mentioned that I love sugar? Sugar is so addictive. At least, it is to me. How do I cut it out? It's in LITERALLY everything.
