Has anybody ever eaten any "fried bread pudding"? Well, I have NO IDEA what the calorie content is. I finally found regular bread pudding. It has 310 calories for a 1 cup serving. That isn't fried. (I didn't eat THAT much, so I left it and hope that covers the fact it was fried!) That REALLY messed up my calorie count since I had planned on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a side of tomatoes. Oops. I guess sometimes you have to splurge with your long as you can cover the difference later.

I DID manage to lose 1.6 lbs for my Biggest Loser weigh in. I was really proud. Granted, 1 lb of that was from the week before. That makes a total loss of .6 - UGH! It looks like the weekends LITERALLY either make or break my diet.

I didn't do an entry yesterday due to the fact that I was sick. I stayed within my calorie range - mostly cause I was too sick to my stomach to eat. Little Jillian even turned into Nurse Jillian - she was wonderful - as always.

I have a bad feeling that my beloved Tonja is going to kick my backside when she sees this menu - Yes, Tonja, I did eat the full flavor popcorn that I said that I wasn't going to eat. It's a really good thing that I don't have ice cream in the house or all bets would have been off!

Anyway, *drumroll, please* here is the damage for today:
